I too was duped into signing up with plan.com who I was led to believe was O2. It was a very pushy salesman and now I have been quoted an extortionate amount to cancel it.0

I am in the same position and would welcome advice0

Depends upon what you agreed and the terms and conditions of the contract .
Also business or consumer/ home contracts .0 -
I signed up to a 3 year business contract even though I am just a self employed medical secretary. I am not a registered company. I was led to believe it was O2 calling since this is who I was with and they had all my details. It was an extremely pushy salesman and I was busy and needed a new phone. Now I am stopping work and need to end my contract and can't unless I pay them an extortionate amount of money0

That's why it's called a contract.0 -
Yes I know what a contract and stating the obvious is not helpful. I thought i might get some helpful advice. As I thought it was O2 I was signing up with I thought I would be safe since with O2 you can pay off the cost of the phone early and reduce the monthly contract0

I was first contacted by Sunny Communications which is now lead to believe prestige sorting out sunny’s Mess, even though the same people work there 😂 & the first thing that was said was that he was an manager from o2 tut tut! Miss representation act! Look into it! I was also led to believe that I’d be an o2 customer, to the verbal contract, this is also not true, I’ve spoken to the management at o2 directly over email at that my number was no longer an o2 customers, & also we agreed to pay off a device Witch I had to pay off my self, through false promises, also we agreed on £56pcm this was also false I directed debit was set up to take £80pcm I blocked all transactions & cut up both SIM cards strait away because I wasn’t falling for this, I’ve also seek legal advice & I’ve been advertised to take it up with trading standards, & if you have had a similar experience I’d recommend that you also do this & watch dog might be a good one also, wish you the best of luck ✌️

I have also been conned into a e-contract with prestige/plan.com. But I haven't given them my pac code to change phone over. They are harassing me for this. I have also rung plan.com up asking to cancel the e-contract. Do any of you think I'm in with a chance?0

Has anyone had any luck in contacting plan.com to cancel the contract before it has actually gone live?0

Hi I have been misled by this company aswell, I have been misled, and bribed to remove my bad review !! They trap sole traders into a contract making them think its 18 months but it’s actually 3 years catching hard workers at work off guard. Failing to explain no cooling off to people who wouldn’t know they didnt have rights as a self employed person like an average consumer. I will continue to go down every avenue possible to expose this company to others who may be preyed upon by them!!0
