  • Hi
We're off to Orlando in April and we were considering just doing the Disney parks "on the gate" and getting the Flex tickets for the other parks. I was passed this info by a member of the DVD Forums and thought it might be useful to anyone popping off to Orlando in the next few months.

Basically it's a Magic Your Way 4 day ticket with a free upgrade to 7 days (expires 14 days from 1st use) from Ticketmania. Adult price is $220, child (3-9!!!) $184. Only minor niggle is that there's no hopping between parks on the same day but these did seem to be the best value around if the Disney Parks isn't going to be your main reason for being there - this works out cheaper than three on the gate visits.

    Hope this helps someone. :)

Can anyone recommend where to find reasonably priced flights to Orlando?

I'm thinking of special offers that airlines or travel sites sometimes have like the one from expedia.co.uk recently for flights on British Airways.

I am very flexible regards dates but would prefer to go in June/July.

There's this available direct from Universal at the moment, I think you can also find it on www.lastminute.com

This sounds like great value - on a 14 day hol, 7 days Disney is about right - this is about £120 I guess, two or three Universal, visit to Cape Kennedy for a day, couple of days shopping.......sorted.
