Any advice would be greatly appreciated x
Hi
I'm also a single mum with one son (11). we stayed on sight at All Stars a few years ago and it was fantastic, felt really safe and the transport was excellant. We are going back this year and staying at POFQ. If you book to stay on site, at a moderate hotel, this will entitle you to a free disney dining plan, a good money saver. I booked the flights direct with virgin and the hotel direct with disney and saved a fortune.
Good luck, the kids will love it (so will you, best holiday ever)

Can anyone suggest the best way of sourcing Satnav for US driving. I drove last year and the driving itself was fine but navigation was a real struggle. I don't have satnav just now but would consider buying and adding US maps to it. I have also looked at hiring but it seems to be about £90 for 2 weeks, I would rather buy for a wee bit more than pay that price for it. Alternatively can anyone recommend a car hire firm that includes it as an optional extra?
Any help appreciated.0 -

What some people do is buy a satnav from Walmart when they arrive for under a $100 with US maps on it, use it on their holiday, and then sell it on ebay when they get back. Or have a look on ebay for someone who has already done this.

I'm far from an expert, but this site helped me to decide which resort to stay on.0 -

Hi Thriftkitten, the best advice is to do your homework on this site and one called The Dibb.On both these sites you will find poeple always willing to help, shear experiences, advice, cheap tickets etc.Only you will know what you want from your holiday and then ,Plan ,plan ,plan.Firsly i would start with the time of year ,then Flights, then accomadation, then tickets etc.Take your time and dont become phased by all the options there are,and above all else when youve planned your holiday

We have a basic TomTom that we bought for use in UK, but when we went to Florida 3 years ago we also bought the TomTom map from the TomTom UK website. It was fab...really useful...
