I have been trying to find out about the xmas parade, but can find no details on disney website, where is the best place to get tickets for it, and also we would like to go to the pirate meal, but again is it best to get tickets over there?
Do you mean Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? They show the parade then, or if you are still in Orlando over the Christmas period it shows for free during normal Magic Kingdom hours. I *think* from 20th December onwards, but please don't take my word for it.

From 1 December 2008, when travelling from a non-EU country (including the Canary Islands, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar) you can bring the following into the UK for your own use without paying UK tax or duty:- 200 cigarettes; or 100 cigarillos; or 50 cigars; or 250g of tobacco

hi, we ( a family of 3 ) are going to disney in jan 09, we fly on the 18th and fly home on the 24th. My son is 6 years old and we would like to take him to the disney parks, what tickets do i buy? i was looking at the 21 day ultimate take for £234 for a adult and £204 for my son, can a pay a fee so that they dont expire? and how much is the fee?

The daytime Christmas parade may start a bit earlier than that. I recall seeing it early December when I was over at that time of year. They are doing the taping for the ABC parade Christmas day special on the 5th and 6th December according to the Orlando Sentinel:
