Who sent it to whom? Is it the same as the previous one? Are the details EXACTLY the same or is it for a different issue? Is the date for replying the same? Did it give you 30 days to reply, contain financial forms (that you don't complete) and did it come with full particulars and all the evidence they are going to rely on in court? If so, it is genuine, which leads me to question the previous one, was it genuine.

The wording has changed slightly, looks like they've changed their letter format slightly but otherwise no different. Really can't see the purpose of sending another one?

If you've got two separate claims (albeit virtually identical apart from dates), you need to deal with them individually (even though you might be going through a major exercise in duplication) until such time as a Judge determines that the claims are consolidated.

Ignore one and fail to deal with it risks a judgment in default, a CCJ and a trashing of your credit rating.

It's the same claim, (just to be clear it's a letter before action not a claim form) all the numbers and dates of alleged contravention all match up. It just appears they have sent another LOC

Just respond saying something like a politician would:
I refer you to my reply dated xx/xx/2019. I have no intention of repeating that which I have already said.

Claim form arrived today! I know I need to create account ect and acknowledge receipt it, I don't understand why the claimed amount has changed. Their "contractual costs" of which there where chaising £60 is £54 on the claim form.

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Did it come from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton, or from somewhere else?
