It's a shame in a way I had not got my WS and costs in, but it seems much of a coincidence that they have discontinued a day after I posted my costs on here, incidentally bw have done a credit search 3 times since this all started the last one was in the 12th March the day after the first mention of submitting a cost schedule on here 🤔 just an observation. In a funny way I was looking forward to a day a court but I guess it saves a load of hassle.

I think you need to be a person of a certain disposition to take it all the way, my wife indecently if it was up to her, would have paid it long ago, but for me it was never about the money the principle of the whole thing was worth fighting for. Why should I fund their scam?

Keep doing what you are doing guys, without your help like many I would have struggled. It's very much appreciated 👍

As a gesture of goodwill send them a letter before action

It will cause them extra work, even if you take matters no further.
