Quick WS question following the ruling in November is there now a recommended section about added costs to add to the WS that differs from what I've put in my defense?

I would go to the current 'template defence' thread (search - it's very recent) and grab lots of the paragraphs from it, and also use appendix A, B and C from there, and call it a Supplementary Witness Statement re the Abuse of Process of the Claimant.

Also, draft a Summary Costs Assessment as per other threads seen this week. Not a 'costs schedule'.  It is similar but the former is signed & dated by you with a different heading than we used to suggest, and 'assesses' your costs like a solicitor would.

Someone has already used one to get a costs hearing even after the PPC discontinued.

An example of a WS I wrote recently is in @Littlewadie 's thread, which may help?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The BPA is totally irrelevant, but have you checked the IPC Code of Practice?  You need to look at the one in operation at the time of your parking event. Although I suspect that as your thread is from 2018, keying issues won't be covered - it's a much more recent phenomenon.

Latest rubbish from bw offering a great generous 25% discount due to the current pandemic. Which is bad enough in itself, but they have now added a further £25 by the looks of it, so I assume they have paid the hearing fee and added it on to the cost?

Sometimes a precursor to a discontinuation.
