  • again, read my post and answer if you know anything.
I am not a star but I can see that I have been criticized (and my bonus was reduced) for mistakes that others did much worse.

My original questions was about the options in the case of bully. If you dont know so please dont reply.

So up to now you think I have replied to 2 posts that I haven't even read!

I think I can understand why your managers clash with you.

So I wont comment again- in case you decide to sue me as well as it seems from reading your other threads (see, I do read) that wanting to sue people is an everyday occurrence for you.

    Good luck.

you obviously did not understand my question and keep replying, no one asked your judgement on me. my question was simple. you just want to say something

I wonder why so many thanked you for nothing???

I repeat my question and please read it before replying:

Why would management undermine an employee's ability to do a job they are paying him to do, it's counter-productive. If they want you gone, there are plenty of ways for them to achieve this without resorting to "unfair" dismissal.

HR will not be on your side and successfully suing for compensation for stress and humiliation is virtually unheard of, except in exceptionally high paying and in the public eye jobs

You may have failed their attitude test and they are now giving you a hint.
Also as they dont have to actually give you a bonus at all, maybe it will be reduced further, who knows!
And as for the options of bullying or undermining>
    Neither, they are doing neither!
So you really only have the options of Staying and complying with their wishes, or going elsewhere.

There is only one practical option in your case - find another job.

  • Bullying is not illegal, its your word against theirs too. Its bad that you have been mistreated but your best option is to just look for another job.

I've worked with someone in a large company who claimed bullying.

They weren't good at their job but they saw critical comments as bullying from the management.

There is people here that want to try to help you, even people I don't necessary get along with.

Now no ones saying your not being harassed or bullied. They just can not see how that could be the case based on the infomation provide by you so far.

Even the summary break down that you provided, merely suggests poor management decisions or in other words one disorganisation.

There may be some hint at possible bullying if your being critized for issues that were a result of poor management, disorganisation within the company, lack of resources and/or misinformation, provided that they are out of your sphere of control. But without knowing the details its not possible to say what you position, as far as law goes, actually is.

And yes regularly being undermined could be deemed bullying too. But again, without knowing the details, it's not possible to say either way.

If however you feel strongly about it, then there's always the option to raise a grievance. You can't be dismissed for raising one so long as your grounds for grievance were genuine reasons and about your statutory employment rights.

What you class as "bullying and undermining" they will class as "robust management of an under performing employee".

Who is right? Like most things an objective, impartial observer would likely see some points on each side.

Bullying is not, in itself, unlawful.

Yes, theoretically, if you could prove that their unreasonable actions or negligence has made you ill you might have a valid personal injury claim against them. That is, theoretically, just as true of stress related illnesses as it would be for a broken leg, However it is vastly harder to prove and, if you are genuinely suffering from that type of illness, a huge burden to take on.

So, based on what you have said on here so far, I think you have realistically got next to no chance.

Why not spend some money on a professional opinion? Maybe, just maybe you have one of the tiny percentage of such cases that are realistically winnable? Sadly though I rather doubt it.
