Evening everyone :hello:
Thanks all so much for the ideas for the peaches - I have loads of good things to try now between here and my diary:j
Another very busy day, hence it's almost 10pm before I'm getting on here. I've done SO much marking over the past couple of days that I haven't done much else. Work has kept me busy so far this week, but I'm hoping for a bit of an easier time now I've done that hard yards at the beginning of the week.
My washing machine is fixed - it needed a new part because of limescale  Being a chemistry teacher I should be well on top of that but I am just a bit lazy. However, I've done 2 loads of washing since I got home, although the new spin completely destroyed one of my bras  I'm just hoping that it was a one off and it was caught on something - time to find my little net bags I used to use for undies in the wash.
Other than that, all quiet in CCL land. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Sounds like it's been a bit of a day for everyone today - hope all is well, and love to everyone that needs it at the moment. Hope you're ok after your storage experience Ally.
P.S. If anyone knows a good way of using up 6 tins of peaches then please share - there's only so much fruit and yoghurt I can eat. :rotfl:

Hi
DS woke me up at 5.20 this morning - and then went back to sleep
Today:
I'm working from home, got a Skype meeting then off to meet a lady who is opening a Vegan cafe just round the corner from me, she will be a bit of competition for our catering business and I would rather we were friends now and at least we can refer each other business if we are busy etc I've always worked in a collaborative way, I think its better
I am speaking to a lady later about becoming an admin on a blog I follow
Lunch will be leftover soup from yesterday
Dinner tonight might be a vegan sausage casserole have some fresh sausages to use up
Checked bank - looks a bit bleak - still no payments in after chasing all week and another buffet is going out today
No laundry to do today but got to get dishes on
Have a good day all

Morning everyone. I've got the day off work today and don't have any real plans until fat club this evening. I'm going to make good use of my day and be productive.
Hopefully I will:
- [STRIKE]Check online banking and update spreadsheet if necessary[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Post on PAD thread[/STRIKE] transferred £14.20 from Paypal to Christmas pot
- Write shopping list and go to Aldi
- Look at how we are going to get to the airport for our trip next week
- Look into transfers from the airport once we are there
- Look for a bag of euros (around 60ish) I have hidden somewhere - just can't remember where!
- Decide what I'd like to do when on holiday and speak to Mr Daydreams and have some kind of plan
- Text brothers about Secret Santa (didn't get round to this the other day)
- Look online for a nice card for my friend who has just discovered she is pregnant
- Speak to Mr Daydreams about how much spending money we should take
- Write list for Mr Daydream's birthday and organise as much as I can today
- My mum would also like to buy Mr D a present so will need to look into that also
- Hang washing on horse once machine is finished
- Dinner at my parents this evening
- Put 30 things on Ebay (I can't be bothered with this but the money would be great right now so need to be getting on with it)
- Write list of things that need to be done in the run up to Christmas so I can be as organised as possible
- Tally up the amount of debt I have and put it in my signature - then there's no escaping it!
- Look into joining some survey sites
Hope everyone is doing ok. Hugs to those who need it.

Morning all :hello:
I've a rare week day off :j going out to get a few bits later but other than that I will:
Triage fridge, we have some leftover veg from a roast that needs freezing
Check banking
Reconcile just for points credit card
Peg washing out
Sort through a box of toys and organise.
Sew on some badges for dd tonight
Small list but I'm determined to have some down time today. Purps.0 -
Have tried to follow as much as I can put RL has really got in the way, I've been flat out busy back working again.
CCL peach crumble for me-love it
Foxgloves u made me smile when u said about the cat. I've got an elderly cat who has a second breakfast for her meds and she has lost alot of weight so trying to get weight back on her. She tried pushing her luck for a third helping this morning.
Have been doing some ebaying. DD brought things back from uni to get rid of so they have been popped on eBay and sold rather than cluttering up the place. Also sold a couple of bits that I have been meaning to eBay. My decluttering is going slowly but the bits are going and have been using RM stamps for the postage.
YS item pulled out of the freezer for dinner later.
Day off today so out to post eBay parcel even though the weather is rubbish.
Need to go to Tesc@ to buy cat food-its cheaper by 25p a pack.
Can't think of anything else to report for now.
Hugs to those who have been having a rubbish time
Have a good day everyone xDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Morning all
Managed to get GS to sleep so having 5 minutes peace :j
Trying to decide whether it is worth pegging out the washing given that there is a big black cloud overhead
OH has treated the 'new' meat safe with kitchen worktop sealer stuff to make it easy to wipe out
Managed to fit an item into the freezer part of the fridge freezer. I would love to think that my tetris days are over once my new, larger freezer for the conservatory arrives. OH is sceptical :rotfl:
[STRIKE]Fought over[/STRIKE] shared last scone with OH, avoiding food waste, right?? :rotfl:
Still to do (very modest list due to baby)
Check banks and update spreadsheet
Walk baby in pushchair after lunch when he starts to get tetchy again. Hopefully it won't rain like it did last time!
Post RM surveys letters while out
There are bits for sandwiches in the fridge for lunch
OH is cooking tonight, so nothing too ambitious for dinner - sausages he says - but at least I won't have to do it!
Back later to update if I manage to get anything else done0 -
Quick poll folks... I have 2 pairs of every day jeans that I wear on rotation. I have worn them almost constantly for 2 years and they are getting generally quite scruffy. One pair has gone in the thigh area and the other isn't far off.
Now should I woman up and patch them or just submit and get some new ones?LBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.310
