    Thank you

I think this is the Gladstone email that has been reported as 'working', although no doubt they will soon look to close out that 'loophole'! :D

Does this mean everything i previously emailed counts as invalid? Does this mean they don’t know i’m having a court hearing or that i’ve combined them as three instead of individual ones?
Is that why they said to me they’re assuming their client isn’t showing????
    What does this mean now?

they almost always "assume" their client isnt showing , because its up to their client if they show or not, or if their client send a legal eagle or not

in other words, gladrags have no idea what their client is doing so cover their own backside by stating what you saw, its nothing to do with you or your actions, its their standard reply, a template we see many times

dont take everything so personal, their roboclaim system uses robomessages and assumptions, all smoke and mirrors, huff and puff

they say the same for every parking company client , regardless

they probably arent even reading your case, even if you are

gladrags dont come on here and tell us their internal working practices

If you'd hit a 'dead' email address you'd have had a bounce back from your email provider.

We have no idea why or what any third party is thinking/intending at any given time raised by a defendant at any time of the day. We are constantly asked impossible questions to provide insightful answers. You'll have to see what transpires - let us know.

It sounds like they're unsure of their case. But it's hard for us to give you quickfire answers just like that. It's still £450 he's asking you to shell out, and you've not even had the chance of having your side of the story heard - and you've come this far and had to put a lot of work into defending it.

There's an element of poker at play here - how good are you at it? If it was me there, I would like to hear what the Judge makes of the case, but I'm not you, and you're not me.

Let us know what you decide.
