I'm at work and while rummaging in the back of my drawer for an envelope, I've discovered 40p in change! Going in the pot when I get home.

Hi folks! Time to look ahead to a super weekend! :D Take care in that very windy weather folks!
For those who are not well or who are low in spirits, take great care of yourselves. Get well soon and {{{{hugs}}}} from all the SPC family. :grinheart

Hi Kerfuffle! I hope you're keeping well and warm over there too! We had pretty darn cold last week, but it's milder now though we've got Eric going through at present. I know you've had it really bad recently, and my friend near Prince George is still saying it's bitter. Keep warm!
However, very well done with your savings!! :j

Hello Chutney! I've not seen you for a while but it's good to see you now. Great potting!! :D

Well potted, Hettyhound! :D I hate having my hair trimmed, my Daughter too, yet my Son has always loved it and used to ask for it to be done!!! Funny lad! PS, very well done with your desk findings!!

WOW! Amazing saving, Robin!!! :dance:I take it your Mum detests ironing! Ah well, far better for you to have you do it and you gain!!

    Brilliant saving, Homegrown!!! :j

    Hi Sue-UU,

I'm a lot further south than Prince George (922km, >10 hour drive) and we've had it fairly mild this year so far. Just now it's very wild and windy with lots of blowing snow. I've closed the curtains to it as I don't want to see it, but I can hear it blowing a gale, it must be Erik's little cousin. I'm sat nursing a teapot as I can't get my hands warm :rotfl:

Stay safe and warm everybody, wherever you are.

Edited to add: I've just put $1 into the sealed pot just to make sure I'm keeping the thread on topic ;)

Another £15 in my pot, op is booked for 25th February, getting real now!. I asked DD1 if there was any chance of her and her husband getting back together and she told me he'd said he didn't want to. It's always sad when a relationship breaks down and even more so when there are children involved, my heart breaks for them all.
I've advised her not to leave the family home and first priority is to sort out finances, bank of mum and dad looks like being open for a short time!!!
