Ahh i'll always turn up like a bad penny :rotfl: yep, i'm a bit gutted he's gone but also proud of him to step out on his own, worried because he's now a grown up but with the sense of a 6 year old :rotfl: and relieved as he was such a huge handful growing up that its quite peaceful round here not having that dread every time the phone rings Love him to pieces but man did that child test me! :rotfl:

Oh our Harley is our little ray of sunshine! She has been here a week and a half and its like she has always been here, she just wants cuddles and kisses and hugs and to chew on any of our various body parts she can reach :rotfl: She's about a week from being able to get on the sofa I estimate so time to get her a blanket to cover the seats as shes already using my chair as a chew toy :rotfl: DH has been sooooo much better since she arrived, if I had known she would have had this kind of impact on his mental health I would have bought one years ago, but then she wouldn't be our Harley I already have my puppy sitters lined up for when we go on holidays, DS and his girlfriend were first in line to sign up

Soooo potting news! I've had a couple of £2 coins, not nearly enough of them but i'll take what I can get! oh and some shrapnel for the silver tin Must get super saving now, as we are talking about using the tin money for our next holiday so I need to make it a good year!

I've had a successful eBay weekend with 3 things selling. Hubby posting items today and I need to work out how much it is after fees...think about £30.

Just cashed out £5.32 from prolific and no fees! That's cleared and in the sealed bank account already.

Hello All, I'm so sorry I haven't had time to read through the group, I've had a quick scan and its so lovely to see so many names I don't recognise of obviously new potters! I used to be very active on the group but in recent years have struggled to keep up!

I am still potting but no longer tracking what I've potted. I think for next year I will go back to tracking but until then, November will be mostly a surprise. I have however managed to save £4,000 digitally so far this year so I am thrilled with that!

Sue-UU - I hope you are well lovely and that you don't mind my just quickly dropping in.

jakes-mum - I can't actually believe Jake of jakes-mum is now a grown up and has fled the nest! Have we really been doing this that long!

71p potted today, 5p of which was roadkill from the supermarket car park. Hanging on to my change the moment as Carfest is only just over two weeks away. Hope I can pot more in August but with school holidays I might be kidding myself :rotfl:

I know its scary isn't it! He was what 8 and Lily was 2 when I joined? with my £250 target for bikes for Christmas :eek: now he's all grown up with like his own car, and bills and all that stuff! Lily is starting secondary school after the holidays too. I'm not sure how they can be ready because I definitely am not :rotfl:

On the upside, Miss Harley is keeping us on our toes, I may have to give her Jakes old room at this rate :rotfl: She is one pampered puppy :rotfl:

I have been potting! yay! 2 x £1 coins and 2 x 50p coins need more pennies for the pots! must fill them! time is ticking on! :eek:
