BG - you need to ease off. Kryten isn't obliged to jump to the demands you are making. Why does he/she need to prove anything to you?

He/she seems to know more than the rest of us. The way things are going, he/she might decide to just FRO, then none of us are any wiser.

Do you have a plan afoot that you will spearhead through action to help this woman? Tell us your strategy.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

No demands Umk, such random comments on something so serious must raise the eyebrows of anyone.
I hope you are not expecting to be made wiser on this

I can confirm that she is receiving quality, free advice.
As long as it's from someone with the right altruistic aims as the regulars on this forum.

She would be a real target for someone with a lower agenda, trying to gain publicity for a company, for example.

Just let things develop. Judge later when all the information emerges. Don't risk the thread flat-lining.

Nobody has to be acquiescent to this forum.

The reason the judgments have been set aside "just like that" is because the claim forms were not posted to the defendant. The court has become aware of this procedural mistake and has, quite rightly, set aside these judgments, re-issued the claims and given the defendant another chance to respond.

This lady was not the only individual affected, it appears that a batch of the BW claims issued 13th September were not posted out.
