why claimS , should this not be a SINGLE claim , with only one set of costs

B+W are close to abuse of power here

    No- from post #32
One interesting piece of information is that BW issued separate claims for each PCN (on the instructions of their client) and most of them were caught up in the Northampton CC "glitch" that meant all of the claims issued by BW on a certain day in September weren't actually posted to the defendants.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I suspect there hadn't been a solicitor anywhere near the case(s) at that point. More likely a roboclaim drone.

I bet this is now exercising any real sol they employ.

  • BW ware acting as the parking Co s legal representative and as such knew they were wrong to allow 23 separate claims thru , not only wasting court time / money , but also adding excessive charges to defendant

Yes, but until the SRA wakes up to the huge scam going on,
BWLegal will just wave two fingers at the courts

It seems that BWLegal wave two fingers at the SRA anyway and I suppose it depends how much they pay them for a hush hush job

If the SRA cannot comply to their own principals, they should step aside to allow professionals to run this members club

The SRA are not fit for purpose, they are all in it together and won't upset the gravy train.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

Agreed, from what we have seen for a long time, I would find it difficult to select a solicitor from the SRA portfolio as all credibility has gone
