Very sad reading and one more example of how things are now with Parking scammers operating everywhere backed up by lowlife scummy BW Legal and if you want to feel even sadder have a read of the comments, Lynch mob mentality still alive and kicking.:(

I never read the comments in the Mail, normally full of idiots who live only to make cresh comments.

I think I will adopt the same tactic from now on!

I just cant believe how people can think the parking scammers are right??? and how this nurse dare park in a permit only car park, she should be hanged without delay surely????

I can only put it down to a distinct lack of intelligence that makes people think the way they do

Having read the DM article, I must say that little of it makes much sense. High Court apologising? For what? Where did that come from?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • The Nurse, Ms Palmer has received a letter from the High Court apologising for how she was hounded with letters by BW Legal.

The High Court has advised Ms Farmer of her power to appeal, and she has already begun civil proceedings against the law firm.

    does not make sense

Makes no sense at all. She seems in a complete muddle and should come here.

Hanging seems a bit drastic, but she does appear to be solely responsible for her problems.

At least she can park at work some of the time. When I worked in Westminster, parking was nigh on impossible.

Not necessarily the same though ... I know it would be beneath you to venture out amongst the Great Unwashed, but at least you had good public transport options. ;)
