BWLegal add on £4500 for 23 parking tickets and harassed a nurse daily

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6341411/NHS-nurse-34-verge-bankruptcy-receiving-23-parking-fines.html

Parking company is Premier Parking Solutions, 23 tickets at £100 each is £2300

It seems she was hounded by debt collectors, probably DRP

1: Did Premier Parking apply to the DVLA 23 times for data or did they retain just one lot of data

2: Has BWLEGAL added on a fake charge of £60 per ticket from debt collectors that failed .... 23 x £60 = £1380

3: Why are BWLegal stating she will have 23 CCJ's when this could be one claim. Are BWLegal adding £25 court costs per case ...
= £575
Are they claiming solicitors costs of £50 for each case = £1150

Fed up with this huge scam ???? The Daily Mail should be made aware of the workings of BWLegal

The Nurse, Ms Palmer has received a letter from the High Court apologising for how she was hounded with letters by BW Legal.

The High Court has advised Ms Farmer of her power to appeal, and she has already begun civil proceedings against the law firm.

DAILY MAIL: editor@thisismoney.co.uk

SIR GREG KNIGHT: sothcottt@parliament.uk

NOTE: If the High Court has apologised ... WHAT IS THE SRA DOING

I suspect that BWLegal are !!!!!!!! themselves. This surely must prompt the SRA to sanction them.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Ask the Daily Mail, maybe it will become another Beavis case but this time BWLegal will be trashed.
Yes, now is the time for the SRA to sanction BWLegal

I have recently had 2x appeals turned down from Indigo for not parking in a designated bay at a railway car park (I had paid to park there but there were no spaces so I parked in an area not obstructing anyone but with no bay and came back to find 2x parking tickets).

After reading the advice on here I thought that you could not get CCJs or credit rating wouldn’t be affected by ignoring these fines or invoices?

I am very worried now as I could not afford for this to spiral out of control like what has happened to this woman, I have to remortgage next year and can not afford for my credit rating to get affected.

    Should I just pay it?

Yes, your situation is entirely different.

You are safe to ignore the PPC - in your situation.

You stand no risk of a CCJ - in your situation.

I appreciate your comments Keith but can you please elaborate on why my situation is different and it’s safe to ignore/no risk?

    Thanks
  • Very sad reading and one more example of how things are now with Parking scammers operating everywhere backed up by lowlife scummy BW Legal and if you want to feel even sadder have a read of the comments, Lynch mob mentality still alive and kicking.:(
