£35 selling a pair of wellies on fb

So giving a final total for the month £225
So not quite £10 a day but definitely more than if I hadn’t been following this thread. Will join up for December now0 -
Thought I'd best pop my head in quick and update before joining Dec thread.
Bit lost really with where I'm up to money wise.
Spent £60 in sainsburys with my free nectar double up.
£8 swagbucks
£24 ish tips

Spent the week after dads op at my mam and dads. He seems to be having good days and not so good days. I guess its still early days though.
Feeling a bit down myself and cant pinpoint why. Feel like I'm on a bit of a treadmill. I'm sure it will pass.

Sorry to hear you're feeling down at the moment. You've a lot on your plate and this gloomy weather doesn't help either.
Sending hugs to all and hopes that your Dad makes a full recovery and is back to his 'old' self very soon:beer:0 -

Thanks CBC. I think its partly with all the problems with my mam and dad but also the time of the year. I have to say I'm not a christmas person (I enjoy the day itself) but it seems its difficult to avoid the commercial build up, adverts on the telly constantly and the christmas songs. Cant even avoid them at work as the boss is insisting on them being played all day
I seem to be in the minority and feel like others throw themselves into it all full heartedly making me feel very bah humbug.:(
I much prefer January with the hope of new starts and what the new year may bring.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

I'm with you on preferring New Year:j. I love a new start, even though it soon degenerates into more of the same as before, usually related to lack of money:(0 -

But arent you going to become debt free in the New Year?
I'll raise a glass to that!!!:T:T
Or have I mixed you up with someone else?Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

No, you're right, KM, it's me. Except I've hit a snag:mad:.
I've managed to squirrel away enough money to finally clear my remaining debt but I was hoping to negotiate what they call Full & Final settlements to clear the remainder at a discount. Lots of people on other threads I go on have managed to negotiate a discount of up to 60% off on the last bit of their debts after paying the majority of it off over several years. I've just paid a couple off already but the remaining 3 have either not replied to my offer letters yet (after 3 weeks:eek:) or turned the offer down:mad:. I could go ahead and pay in full but I'm not going to, it's the principle really. These banks have had a fortune out of me over the years in interest and overdue and overlimit fees. I've already repaid over £50,000 since 2013 and most of that was interest:eek:. Other people are getting away with reduced settlements and I want some of that too:o
I'd dreamed about starting 2019 completely debt-free but I expect I'm going to have to be patient for a bit longer. Still, I don't suppose 'only' owing £4665 is too bad all things considered.0 -
Ah I see.........Yes stick your heels in hopefully you will get your offers accepted.
You've done amazingly well to pay all that back so a few more months cant hurt.
Fingers crossed for you!! XXMake £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
