Right time of year for it too
Wasn't Barclays was it? We were treated very unfairly by them so maybe there is hope lol!
No. it was Lloyds but I've just read on a different thread I visit a lot that someone today has just received 2 refunds from Barclays for unfair treatment. Looks like a lot of the big banks are reviewing their former practices;). I'll keep my fingers crossed for you:beer:0 -

Thank goodness it’s Friday! It has been a looong week.
I have received a refund of the contributions from my brothers pension provider today. There are a couple of credit card debts to be paid and then that side of things will be sorted and it will just be the mountains of books,DVDs, CDs and such like to sell or donate.
When we were looking for a poem for his funeral I came across one with a line that said something like ‘don’t close your eyes and hope for him to come back, open them and see what he has left behind’ Mum and I were crying with laughter thinking about all his stuff that we were going to have to sort through! Everyone's doing so well:T. Here's to a great week:beer:
OH is away until tomorrow evening, I've just dropped him off:j. He's very stingy with the heating but he never feels the cold anyway so maybe he feels he has a valid excuse for me often being blue with cold:eek:. There's a forecast dip in temperatures so I'll be giving our oil boiler a good work out whilst he's away:j. Purely to make sure it's in full working order before the real winter arrives of course;). I just hope the oil tank isn't empty:eek:. It might be by the time he comes home though:rotfl:
Right; let the party begin_party_:dance::rotfl:0 -
