On another note, I spent most of yesterday clearing out my airing cupboard (hasn't been done for 5 or 6 years) and I swear it's the Tardis. We ended up taking 6 quilt covers filled with old pillows, quilts, bedding etc to the tip today. Found some old curtains which have gone on Ebay but my goodness :O Where did it all come from???0

Did you know most of the charity shops (all those locally s that I've enquired at anyway ) say they love old bedding, clothes, curtains etc that are past being used or wornl? They sell it all to a recycler, it's a good source of income for them. I think it all gets shredded up and reused to manufacture something else. It used to be for carpet underlay and the like.
We take lots of past it stuff to our charity shops. All they ask is that it's clean and bagged up separately from saleable clothes etc to save them the work of sifting through it. Not sure if they take pillows though. We always seem to have lots of them to dispose of but OH takes them straight to the tip.0 -

I didn't know that... I'll remember it for next time though although this lot included many pillows0 -

I used a massive £24 of moc in Tesco yesterday. Total now £34.35 for the month. Must try harder! :rotfl:
I also bought 4 tickets for charity tombola at £1 each and won 2 prizes :T
One of them was a big bag full of Christmas things - wrapping paper, tags, cards, baubles etc. Worth about £10 I reckon so that was nice
Hope everyone is ok.£10 a day April - £4/£3002014 £110.92 2015 £3732.30 2016 £1633.66 2017 £2991.70 2018 £3255.40

I wish I had an airing cupboard like that;). Our water tank is so well insulated that the cupboard never gets remotely warm. We just use it to store towels that we need (no surplus to sell or throw away) and bulk-buys of loo rolls:rotfl:. Definitely no hidden 'treasure':(0
