    this whole thread is an abject lesson in HOW NOT TO CONDUCT A COURT CASE , and especially in WHY YOU SHOULD TURN UP FOR THE COURT HEARING IN PERSON

    there are far too many mistakes that were made, not following the advice on here from people with vast knowledge and experience , emailing reams of evidence , posting large bundles of documents at great costs etc

    I could go on , but a detailed analysis would take too much time that is better spent helping those who can follow instructions

    Just a quick update, although I lost the case, I didn't pay anything and had the judgement removed.

    I found a more efficient manor with which to beat them with.
