Err yes.... it's there as a reference?

I really don't go and don't want to go to court that often. I am trying to get through this with as little stress as possible. Like everyone else my life is very, very busy especially at this point of my life.

    Thank you for your help.

    Unfortunately I will be working.
The court hearing is more important than a day's work.

The only time you should printing out so many pages is for something like a visa application (as an aside, the last visa extension my wife and I applied for, we had an entire suitcase full of printouts, gone through 3 complete sets of double-capacity ink cartridges and used about 2 reams of paper).

Edit: got to the end of the thread and see that the OP has had their hearing. I'm not surprised it'll take a week for the result to come back with all the stuff they submitted...

Is it Hertford County Court by any chance? It took 12 days from the court date until I received a letter with the outcome (although I attended so already knew).

I imagine if you phone the court of go there with your case number and ID they might be able to let you know. But I am not certain.

Just phoned BW Legal and it seems i have lost the case. There are now additional charges so in total £324.30 11/4/2019.

    Great.

Well, they would say that! Did you phone the court, who might actually know the truth and by when you might receive the judgment/outcome in the post.

Where have the ‘additional charges’ come from? How much are they?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    So sorry to hear that.

This is why we advise never to duck the hearing. A cautionary tale.

By working for that half day instead, did you make over £325? Probably not, so you should have followed our advice, booked leave and attended.

Even if you'd not won the main argument, you WOULD NEVER be clattered for costs like that, if you were there to point out why they are unrecoverable in their own right (except the £50 court fees).

There was also the fact you insisted on emailing a ludicrous amount of pages, again against our advice:
    Good morning

Thank you for your email. The court has been unable to print your attachments as it exceeds the 50 page limit, please send in via the post.

    Kind regards
