I zipped up the drive (above) and threw at them.

Someone said one of the docs was really massive but I couldn't see it.
Not clever.
Well that included (and I've gone no further) 228 pages of the entire Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 which included, inter alia, stuff on DNA testing, Terrorism and Bug-gery (to name but just a small amount of utterly irrelevant guff).
You're in real danger of totally hissing off a Judge with this deluge of crap.
Be very careful they don't throw something really nasty back at you!
Get a grip !!!!!!.
I fear, Keith, that you have wholly underestimated the possibilities here.I reckon there's room for at least another 100 posts on this thread before any court hearing. :rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Right then, I have managed to printout (everything including POF act). I was not sure how to include it otherwise. I have everything in a binder now so hopefully i have everything to send (recorded) to the court.
I wont have time to attend due to work and other commitments. Hopefully it will go well.
Thank you again for all your help, I certainly would not got this far without it. Now I am hoping to win.
With kind regards, TPSToFeelTheWrathOfAMenace.0 -
How many pages did that bundle run to?I have everything in a binder now
I don't rate your chances as much as if you attended, especially if you've slung the kitchen sink, full of largely irrelevant guff, at the Judge and managed to pee him off.I wont have time to attend due to work and other commitments.

The contents of this have been put into a binder.

What are my chances (without turning up), from the reading it seems it can go either way? I really don't need a CCJ (I do understand i can pay without getting one).
Just been reading the notice of allocation to small court and whilst it states the hearing date it does not state by when i need to get my WS and evidence submitted by. I will get this posted tomorrow.
Trying to get my assignment for uni done as well so the stress is high at the moment, hopefully once i get these resolved i can have a breather.
With my kindest regards, TPSNightmares.0 -
When is your hearing date?
Edited to add:
I now see your hearing is 25th March.
I would suggest Monday 11th March is the absolute latest that your Witness Statement and Evidence should be with both the court and the claimant.
As you are not planning to attend the hearing, why does your costs schedule talk about travelling to court on 25th March and parking?
For the same reason, why does your costs schedule detail One day off work to attend hearing on 25/3/19 @£50 per hour X 8 hours - £400?
That, together with the whole 228 pages of the Protection of Freedoms Act, is making a mockery of the whole thing.
You'll need more than a bit of luck.0 -
10:00, 28/3/19
Do you want to know the court?0 -
But when asked about your WS + exhibits deadline, you told us in post #83 above:Just been reading the notice of allocation to small court and whilst it states the hearing date it does not state by when i need to get my WS and evidence submitted by. I will get this posted tomorrow.
You yourself wrote that.14/3/19 documents to court office.
As mentioned several times before, best to hand deliver that stuff to the court.
Are you really doing a Masters Degree?0 -
Yep these will be amended. That was the first writing.0
