I reckon there's room for at least another 100 posts on this thread before any court hearing. :rotfl:

How many chuffing pages did you send?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I zipped up the drive (above) and threw at them. :)

Someone said one of the docs was really massive but I couldn't see it. Need to go back through the thread.

Do I need to send BW Legal the WS? Or everything I want to send to the court?

Not yet, I wanted the court copy in first but I will email them the drive contents. Do I send them everything? But this means they can prepare a defence against my arguments prior to the case.

your court papers answer that question (as does the NEWBIES thread post #2)

whatever goes to the court goes to the claimant or their solicitors in this case

that way everyone sees everything prior to the hearing, the hearing is to discuss what has been submitted and allow questions to be asked and answered, cross examinations , discussions about evidence etc
