Emailing a file link (that doesn't work for me!) to the Admin Centre building at Northampton CCBC, is NOT filing your WS and evidence to your local court.
So, you have not filed it to your court!
DO NOT do it by email, and you cannot revert to the CCBC now it's locally allocated!
We don't say 'take a ring binder file with a contents page and all your evidence and the Witness Statement, in person to your local court, with the claim number and hearing date written across the front of the whole file' for fun.
We say that because we want the local Judge to have your file and in nice, organised order in front of him/her on the day, not some email that was never printed because the courts have an email limit and you emailed it to somewhere else.
Right now your local court and that Judge has nothing from you.
And did you email it to the claimant's solicitor, as the NEWBIES thread tells you to?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The plan is too produce a folder, I wanted to get something via email (digital copy) early in all honesty.

But the email hasn't gone to the right place, so at the moment your court has nothing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

AND your local court might not print all of it, might not print ANY of it, and so on...
Hand deliver a full version.
Did you send it t the claimant, as the court ORdered you to do?0 -
