If it is as big as the one that goes up in Trafalgar Sq, then yes, you deserve them!

    Morning!

    Today's food:
B - bacon, egg and mushroom on toast (HEB)
    L - S.Indian garlic chilli chicken w/boiled rice
    D - SW Swedish Meatballs
Snack - HiFi bar (3 Syns)

Not sure where, or even if, HEA will come into play today!
You can have results or excuses, but not both.

This weekend! Mine goes up for 20th December (my DD's birthday) and even then I'm heartily sick of the clutter before Twelfth Night. I hope you aren't planning to start picking at the chocolates on the tree?:naughty:;)

It's a loss bozwood.:T Hang on in there.

Good luck for tonight gtq. I find those nibbly parties pre Christmas harder to manage than Christmas itself. When I was getting to target I gained because of those buffets and then lost 5.5lbs at WI before New Year. My consultant was stunned.

I quite often have double fishy too if I’m having 2 courses, maman.

denise often says the same about my choices. We should go out for a meal together!:D I'd eat fish more often but it's often more expensive per kg than meat. Thank goodness for YS.

The orthotic inserts the podiatrist gave me have definitely made a difference but I don’t think they’re the complete solution.

Totally off topic but my podiatrist suggested those to me too as I was complaining of aching foot and knee and they do help. I put it down to too much dancing. The problem is that it's so difficult to find shoes to take them so I can't wear them regularly.:(

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, half HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, baked beans
    L: carrot and lentil soup
D: lamb steaks, SW roast potatoes and carrots, cauli, broccoli, cabbage
    Syns: HM gravy 4?

It's a pity we're based all over the country as it was be good to meet up for a SW friendly meal Maman. At least there are still a few places around where you can get SW friendly meals.

I went to WI this morning and was disappointed to STS after a good week - I didn't even have my full 105 Syns this week as didn't have as much wine to drink this week and had plenty of diet tonic and diet ginger beer instead! Looks like wine is the better option for me, LOL!

    Today's food:

B - grapes - after WI - I know they're not Speed but much easier to carry than chopped apple or orange segments! Also I can eat them at the same time as selling the raffle tickets
L - we ate out and I was good and swapped the chips for salad - go me! I had gammon steak topped with a fried egg; garden peas & salad. I also drank diet tonic with ice & a slice as I was going to drive home but DH decided he'd drive
D - I've made a SC full of speedy chilli & mixed beans, syn free pea guacamole; sweet jacket potato. May also top the chilli with some cottage cheese

    HEA - milk
    HEB - undecided
Syns - couple for the oil cooking the fried egg, gammon was grilled; red wine:D

We've booked to go back to the same place for 14 December for a tapas night so will need to be careful picking what dishes I have as I know they can be quite high but looking forward to it as it's a long time since I've had tapas.

    A big gain this week.
The stress of DS's graduation & family visiting this week have contributed.
