First time in a very long time that I've missed two weigh-ins, both in a row. Not quite myself at the moment. Luckily, my weight is stable :)

Hang on in there Stoke.:) At least you're avoiding comfort eating and you're in control of your weight whatever else life's throwing at you.:(

That recipe sounds really delicious fatrab. It must be lunchtime as I'm hungry.:)

I like the idea of regular walking denise but actually deliberately going out in the rain!

Glad you got a diagnosis bubbs. Will you be having physio? medication? :T on the NSV.

wow kathryna! well impressive welldone! what a motivator!!

So my WI today was -2lbs, got my half stone award and slimmer of the week!

What a laugh... three tins of tuna in there.. yest I over estimated my batch pasta cooking and made it with tuna, yellow peppers and red onion and I got five lots to last me the week! :rotfl: But will be a good staple to go into the cupboard.

Thanks for sharing recipe fatrab.. looks amazing.

    Happy humpday all.

I'd love to say that was true. I absolutely battered it this weekend. I had a takeaway on Friday, another on Saturday and then Sunday I went to the Christmas markets (one of the few highs recently) and really enjoyed myself, which included a chocolate kebab. Trust me, I've hammered it a bit....

However, the main reason I'm keeping the weight off is because to avoid the turmoil, I'm going for runs, like all the time..... and still playing football as well. I know it's mostly your diet that loses you weight, but if you can do a few 10K runs in the week, it's mad how many calories you can burn. I know we don't work in calories, but it matters when you include high levels of exercise.

So currently, I'm maintaining, but I won't if I do what I did at the weekend :(

So it's basically a pancake (rather than bread) and then they smear on nutella spread, shave off 'kebab-style' chocolate (Google it), pour melted nutella in, and then top it off by covering the outside in chocolate sauce and it comes like a kebab that you can eat.

Anything less than a thousand syns would be a miracle....
