So finally self sabotaged this day by having a load of bloody cakes which really isn't like me as sweet isn't my favourite. I've been struggling though. Poorly, not enough sleep, too much work and my head not being in the right place. Happens to everyone at some point I suppose.
Hopefully a good nights sleep and i'll be back on plan tomorrow. I might go for a run in the morning though. Got the football match tonight which will undo some damage and hopefully speed up digestion. A solid run tomorrow morning would be a great way to undo a load of this damage though.0 -
