    Hello,

    May I ask a question about joining slimming world?

    I'm just at the top of healthy bmi, but I'd like to loose 1/2 to 1 stone to feel happy.

    Will I be allowed to join or would I be seen as being at target before I start? I don't won't to waste anyone's time, but I hear great things about SW.

    You have to want to lose at least 7lb to join so yes you should be able to joinx

    STS for me this week, and have a holiday week booked for nex week, thanks Chris
    I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D
