Didn't do as much of my walk this morning as wasn't feeling too good - only 20 minutes instead of the usual 40-50 minutes. Have been just sitting looking at my new books which I picked up yesterday. Not that many changes and my consultant said if anyone wanted to carry on doing the current plan they could but just use the syn values from the new book. I'm still not sure about the 2 HEAs, I had them yesterday but not today. Not sure I'll use 2 HEAs every day. A lot of people are saying they'd rather it had been changed to 2 HEBs instead! Just have to see how it goes.
Today's plan:
B - Fry up - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, bread & low fat spread
L - jacket potato, cottage cheese, coleslaw, roasted peppers, pickled onions
D - Spanish rice with chicken & chorizo
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - low fat spread 1; chorizo 2; may have a couple of G&Ts this evening as I'm feeling better now

Just checked for you it's still 60g (says about 7). Wonder where whoever posted that on facebook got that from - think they must have made it up!
As far as I can see the website has been updated and so has the app but as it's still the same you wouldn't see that. It's only if you're looking for something that's changed such as some of the amounts of milk you can have as HEA - unsweetened almond milk has dropped from 1 litre to 400ml, that's a huge decrease! I used to use it to make rice pudding although we didn't have it very often. Now that we can have the extra HEA think we might have it a bit more often.

Evening Everyone.
Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and enjoyed your synful food to the full!
Weigh in today has me 1.5lb over target - not as bad as expected as I'm sure I've eaten that in cheese alone. I adore blue stilton and have enjoyed it greatly after a whole year without eating any. Unfortunately the house is still full of 'treats' as well as lots of healthier foods and I am loathe to throw good food away. Some bits went in the food bank collection today, and DD1 took a red cross parcel home so I'm trying to think of other ways of getting the more tempting things out of the house.
New Year here will be pretty low key with just a couple of drinks at home (unless my Scottish pal persuades us otherwise as she does most years! Beanie and Greentiger and any other Scots, you'll know what that means....) and fish of some kind for dinner.0 -
