Thanks for the chart, Chris. Congratulations, Vixstar.
Good loss, g2dtn.
From the freezer today –
Breakfast: tropical fruits
Dinner: Philadelphia fish pie, green beans (veg drawer almost empty!)Thanks for the chart Chris, and for doing it all the time. This group although I only post occasionally, gives me lots of ideas and helps keep me focussed.
I missed weigh in last week, but had final weigh in yesterday a day earlier than planned of -6lbs so hit my self inposed three stone loss target from Sept 3rd to Chrimbo, feeling quite satisifed. Now to try not to do too much damage over the next few days. We are having a buffet tomorrow, so loads of SW friendly bits in the fridge for that, just the chocs and the booze likely to trip me up, along with maybe some cheese, and pate and....
anyway, have a lovely christmas one and all,
thanks to you all for your supprt, and "see" you on the other side.
xx

That's an amazing loss v1cky. Well done for staying so focused.:Tgot2dothisnow wrote: »Just checking in with my final weight loss of 1 lb before I go off plan for Christmas Day
It's good to have a loss, any loss so I'd settle happily for a pound.:T
Thanks for that lovely photo greentiger.
I'm using the Christmas period to enjoy a few synful things that are normally off the menu. I won't be just eating stuff for the sake of it, it has to be something I really enjoy. Today it's cauliflower cheese. I'm also hoping that by eating a decent dinner I won't succumb to too many nibbles later. We're going to a friend for drinks and she always has trays of hot Waitrose party nibbles. They are nice but not essential.
I made a pot of lentil soup last night and portioned it up for the freezer this morning with some kept out for my lunch. I haven't totally abandoned the plan.;)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, fried eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soupgammon, new potatoes, carrots, cauli and broccoli cheese
Syns: not counting at the moment.:o0 -
Definitely a case of Good when you can and Careful when you can't over the next few days! I'm going to be trying to stick to plan as much as I can as need to go to WI on Thursday morning as it's the only time I can get there to get my new books as I will be on holiday the following week!

Hi all - wishing everyone here a very merry christmas!
I am rejoining SW, after not going to group since about June. I am waiting for a join voucher in one of the magazines.
Do you think it's worth keeping my history or should I just start again? I have just over a stone to lose. How much would it cost me on the day if I kept my history and used a voucher for the joining fee?

Wonderful result, v1ckyt!
I forgot to weigh this morning – probably some subliminal voice telling me to avoid the scales!

Not my best effort but this cough has knocked me for six and I just wanted to get it done! And I thought I had a square board.

Merry Christmas everyone.
Hope you've all got some lovely presents. Everyone seems to think I'm an alcoholic & a chocoholic, LOL! Got loads of glasses, gin:D, & chocolates:eek: Won't be eating those until after I've weighed on Thursday!
Have had a SW friendly breakfast of scrambled eggs & spinach on toast. No idea what we're having for lunch, will have to have a look in the freezer and see if I can find some soup or something! Dinner will be at my DD1s, no idea what we're having but will be a roast of some sort but everything will be cooked in oil from Frylight so quite synful!
Only have 11 Syns left so will probably go over this week but what will be will be this week - just hope I don't go out of target range as I'll have to book 4 or 5 weeks holidays to cover my holiday!
Have a great day everyone!

Happy Christmas to all my SW friends.:xmassmile
There was a great cheeseboard at last night's party so that suited me fine. I used to eat loads of cheese preSW and although I've got used to not having it, I enjoyed it as a Christmas treat. Garlic roule and Stilton went down very well.:D
I've had my SW breakfast (scrambled eggs on toast) and the turkey's just out of the oven. All veg is prepped (did that yesterday) so I can relax for a bit. It'll be a SW friendly roast but I will have some pudding and cream afterwards. I've promised everyone dinner on the table for 2.30 p.m.
Enjoy your day all whatever you're doing (or eating;)).:xmassmile0 -
Found a small portion of chilli in the freezer so we're having that for lunch with some brown rice, so another on plan meal.
We'll be going for a walk after lunch and then down to DD1s for lunch. Hopefully it won't be too synful as it's a roast dinner but depends on how much oil she uses!
Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and has a great time.

Hope you've all had a brilliant Christmas Day. I had a lovely day with my DD1 and family and as expected I was well over Syns for the day but it was only for the one day. I'll be back completely on plan today and will go to WI tomorrow to face the music! What will be will be.
Today's back on plan day:
B - porridge with fruit and a drizzle of skinny syrup
L - Two pea soup
D - beef bourguignon, mashed potatoes and green veg of some sort (main & veg from freezer as nothing fresh left!)
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge
Syns - none planned
