Back from my party. My niece did us proud. Plenty of SW friendly food: ham, salmon, prawns, chicken and a rice salad. I had potato salad too so other than the mayo in that syn free, but overall excellent. There were nibbles and sweet stuff but ignored those easily. Having some wine now. We need to celebrate 3 points!:D:j

Glad the buffet had plenty of SW friendly food Maman. So much easier to stick to plan when there's plenty of things to choose from.

Went slightly over Syns yesterday but as I had some in hand not a problem. The only problem I foresee this week is Tuesday:rotfl: with dinner at DD1s whose OH is a chef and loves cooking desserts:eek:.

    Today's plan:

B - Fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes
L - jacket potato with LO chilli
D - steak, chips, mushrooms, onions, peas, HM coleslaw (0.5 syns for LTL mayo)

HEA - milk as usual in tea
    HEB - nothing planned
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; nothing else planned

    Denise
