Morning all :A
WI with STS which I’m happy with as not been a brilliant week. Either been eating biscuits & ([STRIKE]stollen[/STRIKE] or not eating much at all.
Finally got to see my great nephew yesterday, he is gorgeous as expectedonly took 4 months to see him What with work etc.
Talking of marzipan, bought some fruits yesterday as they are my sisters favourite and it was her birthday so bought some for son as he hadn’t tried them. One or two may have attacked me but there are still some left. Think my son isn’t that keen.
All gone now
Hope everyone has a good Christmas :A:AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

TIE, stolen - ughhhh! Why do I like Battenberg cake when I don’t like marzipan?
You’re a star, beanie, well done!
I think my freezer was made by TARDIS! It’s just little, but I’ve still got to lots to use up! Today I used up fat chicken thighs and sweet potato chips for tea with carrots, cauli and broccoli. I have a lot of fresh sugar snaps, celery, carrots, leeks, beetroot too (as well as Christmas veg) Veg drawer still has peas, carrots, leeks, corn on the cob, green beans. I have enough ‘ready meals’ to last past Christmas (when, no doubt, I’ll be adding loads of leftovers) as well as some waiting-to-be-turned-into-something meats and fish. I have pitta, wraps and some other stuff that I haven’t paid much attention to in the bottom drawer. I need to get it emptied because I want to give it a really good clean!
Hope to see you tomorrow – unless footie has sent me into a state of total torpor. Expect the unexpectedPICKY TEA!!!:rotfl:
I love marzipan greentiger . It's odd that I don't have a generally have a sweet tooth but I've always loved it. It was my craving when I was expecting DD.
Tonight Christmas seems to be arriving with a vengeance. I've not only had 2 pieces of chocolate marzipan but also 2 dark chocolate ginger biscuits. I've just bought in favourites and plan to enjoy them.Tea looks as good as ever bubbs
Thanks
TIE well done on your sts:T i dont like marizpan

Weighed in this morning with a loss of 2 1/2lb , soi am actually out of target range again by 1lb but im sure that will correct itself this weekSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Morning everyone
Well normal diplomatic relations have resumed in the gts household ......haven't told him about the dress ...might keep that one for anyother day
WI today saw -1.5 lbs which I was pleased with.
Going to try & keep on it over the Christmas & New Year, especially with the running....who would have thought that I'd be running let alone running over the festive period.
I just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone - I know I can go days without posting but you, in some ways, keep me more on track than my rl group - and I can moan to you lot about non sw stuff as well.
So if I don't post this side of the New Year look after yourselves and here's to 2019!0 -
Well done bubbs. That's brilliant:T. Just under range is a perfect place to be going into Christmas week. I'm really envious.
ETA: Well done to you too gts.:T
What happens next week if your group is closed? Have you heard when you'll get the new books?:)
I'm not going to post a menu today. I've had my SW friendly breakfast (porage) but we're off to a family party this afternoon. My niece is hosting it and she's generally very health focused but I wouldn't be surprised if she buys in party bits from Waitrose or M&S to save work. We'll see. I'll try to just eat things I really like so that at least the syns are worth having.Depending on how hungry we are when we get back I'll take Bolognese from the freezer or just snack on some cold meat and pickles.
Back on plan tomorrow. We're having curry. On a Sunday!:eek:0 -

Have to admit Maman that has been my mantra since I joined sw - if I want it I'll have it - but I'll make damn sure I wanted it!
Not sure if I'll weigh next week but we've been told that next week our consultant is going through the changes (btw where in the web site does it mention the changes I couldn't find it) as well as giving out the new books but on the 5th she'll be giving a new member's talk to the whole group and those that haven't had them will be having them then0 -
I too am envious of your being just out of target going into Christmas week Bubbs. I'm 1lb below my actual target so have 4lb to play with but planning on only being off plan for Christmas Day as we're going to my DD1s for dinner and her OH is a chef and loves making pastries and deserts! I'm hoping he's making some profiteroles as they are probably my favourite desert! I won't be drinking until we get home as DH has decided he wants to have a drink so I'm going to be driving, will take some diet ginger beer with me to drink as I know my daughter won't have diet drinks (she doesn't think I need to carry on doing SW now I've lost weight, LOL!)
GTS If you go to the "Useful Features" tab on the website the changes are the first article on the list (will move down the list on Monday when the current front page bits move over!).
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans
L - chicken salad roll (HEB + 0.5 for mayo instead of spread)
D - chilli, rice, pea guacamole, cottage cheese
HEA - milk in tea as usual
HEB - WM roll
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; weekend alcohol

:rudolf:Afternoon all!
Well done losers, some brilliant pre Christmas insurance there, and welcome back absentees!
Weigh in this week has me bang on target weight, having been under by a 1lb or two for a while. Knew I shouldn't have bought any mince pies..! Although my favourite nibble at this time of year is Christmas cake with a lump of Wensleydale cheese - I dread to think of the syns in that!
I've decided to enjoy my off plan meals to the full, and stick to plan at other times, although I find now that my stomach can rebel a bit if I go too far off piste. The house is groaning with veg and fruit after shopping this morning so I should be able to keep up my speed intake alongside treats.
I may not be back here before Christmas so warmest wishes to everyone.:snow_laug:snow_laug:snow_laug0 -
