I've had my SW breakfast (boiled eggs and toast). Off to meet DD1 shortly and we're having a day in London to celebrate her birthday. I suspect there won't be much more SW friendly about today. Back on it tomorrow, until the next thing......;)
  • Sorry, havent been but around much, and not been to class, went this morning and lost 0.5lb

I know not a big loss BUT

    Got my 3 STONE AWARD

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Weight loss 3 stone :D
  • This is my last chance to check in, imposing a WWW ban!

Well done Sunflower. It's good getting a loss at all at this time of year! yet alone getting your 5 stone award too!

Was a bit disappointed as only a STS this morning, was hoping for a loss as was lower son than usual but obviously less Syns don't work for me - think my body has got used to having the full 105 (and more sometimes, lol!).

    Having a Green day today:

B - various bits and pieces at group party - only had Free stuff (not wasting syns on things I don't particularly want)
L - jacket potato, cottage cheese, followed by a clementine & a few grapes
D - cauliflower cheese & chips (some normal, some sweet potato) 0.5 syn for cornflour

    HEA1 - milk in tea
    HEA2 - cheese
HEB1 - cheese (for those of you not familiar with the old Green days cheese can be used as A or B!)
HEB2 - milk for cheese sauce
Syns - 1/2 Tbs cornflour 0.5; probably some alcohol of some sort not sure which yet!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too GTQ. Well done on the www ban!
