Well done Bozwood.. Brilliant for this time of year.

I'm hoping for another small loss this week so that I'll be that little bit nearer to bottom end!!! This will at least give me a few pounds leeway as I really want to be in target range (even if it's top end!) so that I don't have to waste 4 or 5 weeks for my holiday in January!

Hi, all, I can’t believe I’ve been away for so long! I don't have any excuse!

Hello, Gerona, I’m glad you found the thread useful. Hi, Sleazy and Pennylane.

Well done, Gtq (I like your thinking, btw), g2dtn and TIE.

Congrats, SOTW Bozwood. Thanksfor the chart, Chris.

Yes, Denise, the big white roll is  but I would not have survived on scrambled eggs alone ☹ maman, I usually have wholemeal bread and rolls in the freezer but I’ve been trying to empty it to make room for Christmas stuff/leftovers. I don’t know anything about haggis syns as I don’t like it at all – ever!

Oh, bubbs, I am so sorry you’re not well; I hope you recover soon. You are a veritable cooking beaver! Please move into my house! Hope you’re on the mend too, gts (lovely dress).

I love mixed pickles, and, like you, especially the cauli. I can’t remember where I got my last jar – Co-op or Sainsbury’s maybe? Thanks for the recipe, Denise.

Glad you enjoyed your night, beanie.

Much to my surprise I managed to lose 0.6lbs this week. It’s not a lot, but it’s the right direction.

Football is rubbish. Well done to Saints.
Thans GT im alot better than i was but chest still rattling a bit:o well done on your loss:T:T:T

Thanks, Denise (I hope to get back into some routine soon) and maman (I was delighted!).

    Bozwood, you’re doing really well.

It is so cold here just now, I just want to snuggle in with a hot tea and something calorific (and there is nothing in the house, so I’m scuppered )

bubbs, have you made your travel arrangements to Scotland yet? I need you here!

    You?

please to see a smily face at the end of the word mum.... I normally go :( when I talk about mine!

Normal christmas for us.... everyone except DS1 will be home which will be lovely. We will have both mums on Boxing day :(:(:(:(:(

DS1 is coming home next year, first time in 11 years - so everyone has been told that they are home then.... or they will have my wrath. I keep getting emotional at the thought of having them all together for Christmas.... I am already planning the decorations!
