You're doing your best fatrab. I bet you're longing for the end of the week.:)

I'm hoping for a fairly normal on plan day today. It'll be the first for a while A little oasis in a sea of Christmas madness.

If I have time (and inclination) later I might make a pot of Delia's red cabbage. I used the last portion from the freezer on Sunday and I know I have all the ingredients in.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, LO fried veg (all Speed) and pickles
D: cottage pie (swede & carrot topping) with cauli and broccoli
    Syns: HP sauce 1

Looks like an accidental SP day but I doubt I'll have an extra HEB could have done with it yesterday when I had sandwiches.:(

Thanks for the chart ChrisV & well done Bozwood on SOTW.

Not feeling very well today - OH was a complete (insert what ever expletive you choose) yesterday so much so I couldn't sleep until 4.30 this morning.

I have however ordered a 'well if you can be a (insert expletive of your choice) I can order this' dress.

Fatrab you can only do what you can while you haven't got any control over your meals. At least you are being on plan when you can! It's definitely a case of "be good when you can & careful when you can't".

Maman definitely an SP day for you. At least you have the option later, if you feel a bit peckish, to have another HEB.

GTS Sorry you're not feel too good at the moment and your OH being a complete **** yesterday. Hope order the dress has made you feel a bit better. Are we going to see a pic of it?

Well done Bozwood on being our SOTW. Thanks as always chrisv for doing the chart.

    Today's plan:

B - porridge made with water, skinny syrup, clementine segments
L - SW char sui pork noodles (this is one SW meal I'll probably get again to keep in the freezer for emergencies - that's a first, LOL!)
D - Burger from our butcher (0.5 syn), sweet potato chips, baked beans, salad, tomatoes, pickles. Followed by fruit, quark, skinny syrup, mini meringue (1 syn).

HEA - milk in tea as usual
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - burger 0.5; meringue 1

Unfortunately, whilst it's nice on me, it does not transform me into a leggy blonde, 20 something lol

    Roman originals.

It's quite a thick material too - so perfect for winter evenings

That's sad to hear. I try to put a few bits in the collection point each week. My SW group usually does a collection too especially encouraging people to donate unwanted chocolates and biscuits.
