Well done Beanie. A lb loss is brilliant at this time of year.

Ended yesterday on 10.5 Syns so a few syns spare for the weekend:D

Have had an early breakfast as DH has a hospital appointment this morning, so will also need a quick lunch so meals may not be as Speedy as they ought to be!

    Today's plan:

B - stuffed mushrooms - couscous, pepper, onion, mushroom stalks, herbs
L - chicken salad roll - HEB, 0.5 syn for LTL mayo
D - baked salmon fillet, topped with lemon slices, boiled potatoes & veg

    HEA - milk in tea
    HEB - WM roll
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; alcohol of some sort, probably G&T as had rum & diet ginger beer last night

Isn't it fake KFC on Fridays? ;)

:T to those with losses. Any losses in December are worth boasting about. :D

My day in London yesterday was basically good. I had salad for dinner and lunch and the only syns were a little dressing and a couple of bits of avocado. Drinks were moderate. The downfall was DGD sharing a huge bag of crisps on the train home. Delicious but massively synful. :o

Today's good except for the weekend wine. I've done my meal plan and shop for the coming week and planned in some synful favourites but I won't be just eating rubbish for the sake of it.

    Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, fried egg, baked beans, bacon, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, ham, spring onions and beetroot
D: salmon, SW chips, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus
    Syns: weekend wine :j

I’m in a wee village in the central belt, hallway between Glasgow and Stirling, bubbs. You can’t pass through it. There are two ways in, but they both come off the same main road, lol. So if you ever find our road, I’m keeping you!

TIE, stolen - ughhhh! Why do I like Battenberg cake when I don’t like marzipan?

You’re a star, beanie, well done!

I think my freezer was made by TARDIS! It’s just little, but I’ve still got to lots to use up! Today I used up fat chicken thighs and sweet potato chips for tea with carrots, cauli and broccoli. I have a lot of fresh sugar snaps, celery, carrots, leeks, beetroot too (as well as Christmas veg) Veg drawer still has peas, carrots, leeks, corn on the cob, green beans. I have enough ‘ready meals’ to last past Christmas (when, no doubt, I’ll be adding loads of leftovers) as well as some waiting-to-be-turned-into-something meats and fish. I have pitta, wraps and some other stuff that I haven’t paid much attention to in the bottom drawer. I need to get it emptied because I want to give it a really good clean!

Hope to see you tomorrow – unless footie has sent me into a state of total torpor. Expect the unexpected

    PICKY TEA!!! :D:rotfl:

I love marzipan greentiger . It's odd that I don't have a generally have a sweet tooth but I've always loved it. It was my craving when I was expecting DD.

Tonight Christmas seems to be arriving with a vengeance. I've not only had 2 pieces of chocolate marzipan but also 2 dark chocolate ginger biscuits. I've just bought in favourites and plan to enjoy them. :D
