Planned spend day for special event
Time outdoors limited but lots of exercise dancing to the band. A lovely evening.
One freegle item collected so that’s one frog eaten - yippee! ( Was feeling guilt about the other frogs but then remembered kindness to self rule!)

NSD 13/15 AFD No 17
Beautiful day here today but very cold. Even Himself is feeling it.
We walked to Aldi and stuck to everything on the list. Mostly veg and a little bit of fruit so not much spent and all added to the diary.
Used from the freezer today:
2 croissants, 1 roll, 3 chicken breasts (made into spicy casserole for tomorrow's dinner) and chicken wings and drumsticks for tonight's dinner.
Done a few small things. Not frogs as such. Just things I've been too lazy to do this week. My motivation has gone a bit as well, f0xh0les.
We're going to Budapest in January and I've discovered since we are EU citizens (just!) and over 65 we get to use the public transport system for free. Every little helps.
Off for a cuppa to warm me up.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0 -

A spendy day as dd neded school shoes. Cheap ones really are a false economy as she wears through the heels so fast. No outlet stores round here, so off to emeness where she chose a pair of good an chunky ones. She'll be into doc martens soon!
Then into sp0rts d1rect for a cossie for her, as her current one has a droopy bottom and the top straps are getting rather elongated so it needs hitching up far too often. Not a good look!
And the £ emporium provied some thermal gloves + socks I'm going to take to the homeless chaps at the station, plus 3 small cmas presents.
Am now enjoying the rugby. Wales v Tonga was excellent. Now it is Scotland v S Africa.

He's never been one to talk about his feelings, and his mum is currently going thru chemo, so he's been in a dark place (but of course couldn't talk to me about it).
I'm going to chalk it up to a 'cry for help', and draw a line under it.
He has been warned he will not get another chance.
