Maybe it's time to take off any rose coloured specs and see who actually slapped who in this case. IMHO there is no different slant on the facts in the public domain and it is right that posters read such information.
SW - what's all this about? You surely can't mean you believe the reviews are all fake. Do you?
I'm far too old and cynical to wear rose tinted specs, I don't think I would have followed their particular path in the first instance, I've dealt with enough contentious IP issues in the past myself, but each to their own.
The documents do show that it cost Hurley & Co a lot more than the costs awarded, so it is something of a Pyrrhic victory for him.
I don't trust any online reviews, positive or negative. I have first hand experience of how inaccurate they are, how easily fabricated they are, and the consequences of taking them at face value. We both know that not everything on the internet is true or accurate, review sites have been flawed from the very beginning, and I'm surprised purple give them so much credibility - Do you trust Trustpilot?

Regardless of that, this has cost Hurley & Co a fair few thousand quid, and that's a good thing isn't it?!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
SW, you and I clearly don't have the same perspective here.We both know that not everything on the internet is true or accurate
Agreed on that one, I am someone almost stung by that fact, as I expect you know.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I enjoy reading your posts.
What puzzles me is why anyone would want to use a name that is connected to scammers like the IPC and the Hurley boy
Let's face it, you must be very stupid to take over the name of a known scammer
Whatever name they use, the pinky and perky boys, that's Hurley and Davies will always be known as scammers and the quicker they are locked up for their mega scam which must run into millions, the better.0 -
pinky and perky will run right to the wire , until new legislation comes in , the chance of the government awarding new AOS to them is zero
what do they care , bail out and retire in sunny climes leaving a lot of parking Cos in the %^&*e0 -
Looks like the direction of the thread has been steered off topic.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well. I guess we are talking about someone who was stupid enough as they thought they could take over the name of a scam outfit
Total lack of intelligence0 -
So why does this company with whom this lady is connected have such awful reviews?0
