Rather strange questions from someone who was so quick out of the blocks and all over this like a rash before anyone else?
Surely the case wasn't picked up totally at random, then posted on the forum by a complete newbie?
Deeper than it seems! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The outcome was shared among a wide group before this and no doubt many parking firms would also know about it, so it's not news to everyone.
More concerning are any posts trying to put a positive spin on it. Let's stick to the facts.

I do believe that the "lady" referred to is no longer a member of this forum (at last not with her original name)
perhaps she should ask to rejoin and be the "company Rep" and answer questions from disgruntled customers

For the life of me i struggle to understand why people cannot just admit errors, apologise and then try to rectify issues caused.
Many of us assist others at no charge, at times i myself have been caught up and missed a pertinent deadline. Admit your failings and that you are human, be decent and move forward together.
NEVER take someone on because they have called you out as failing them. Communication is always key.
However when money changes hands, a service is in play so the fall from grace is harder unless you are a decent company with good intent.
I like to hear of Gladrags losing time and money - is anyone else aware that the golf club is just a mail forwarding address, no offices there?
I would love to see the UK being above corruption and brown envelope deals, any industry that operates on those premises needs to be taken down and deconstructed.
