What happens if this lady doesn't pay the 2K ?

I presume UNITI would enforce the order, by sending bailiffs to the easier of the two targets. I stand to be corrected if wrong but I think a decision from a Tribunal like this carries similar weight to a court order.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's my understanding too. It's a relatively new thing though so there may be some queries

I'm sure that UNITI know where to enforce if the £2000 remains unpaid and can tell a virtual office from a real address.

    that sums it up

    In the avenues and alleyways
Where the soul of a man is easy to buy
    Everybody's wheelin'
    Everybody's dealin'
All the low and livin high
Every city's got 'em can we ever stop em
    Some of us
    Have gotta try
  • Would it not be for the applicant to enforce the order against the lady ?

This has cost Hurley & Co a lot more time, effort and money than it appears to have cost PPA & Ms Sole, and appears to have rattled Hurley somewhat, whilst disrupting his attention to the business in hand.

I think I too would quite happily give a kick in the nuts to somebody as vile, if it meant I had to buy a new pair of shoes afterwards.

I notice that UNITI are sniffing around the dog fouling and litter dropping scene - hounding (no pun!) old ladies whose shopping receipt has just blown out of their grasp and handing out penalties for doing so.

Chasing fag butt droppers is another one of the tricks, but they won't go anywhere near drug zombies chucking their stubs on the pavement. Their targets will always be the naive, the vulnerable and the elderly who will pay up with minimum fuss. Hang on .......
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
