But you need to send that email and voicemail to the court to urge them to order the Claimant pays you costs on the indemnity basis of some 10 hours or more at £19 per hour - it would be rude not to. One letter.

CEL have opened that door for you, and this catches their fingers in it.

Ok i'm going to do that then. As I have had enough of this now

    Yes, do as C-m says.

CEL are complete clowns, they run their own muppet show

Fair to say though that CEL are a BPA scammer

It's the rubbish we expect from BPA members nowadays

As it never made it to a hearing do i need to counter claim or will a letter to the judge suffice? I have them bang to rights on all manner of unreasonable behaviour!

I told you in #169 what to do, and have given you that link twice to show you how you have to show unreasonableness (the fact that linked case had a hearing is irrelevant).

Did anyone tell you to counter-claim? No!

a counter claim would have been submitted along with the defence

a subsequent claim could be made if you pay the fee, like they did

its unreasonable costs you are looking at , by asking a judge to use their case management powers I believe

hence why you do what was mentioned earlier
