Do you have a DQ from the court or from the scammer?
If the court, then you complete it. NO to mediation. Waste of time

If the scammer, then they have just sent you THEIR DQ
You can either go on MCOL (first port of call) to see if the court has sent out a DQ to YOU, and if so when, or just download form N180.

More recent versions of the list in post #26 above include:

• Do not be surprised to receive a copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to put you under pressure.
  
• Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.

Nonono and more no. That has no place in a parking firm case. The NEWBIES thread tells you no to Mediation, and why not.

The court sent me a DQ as its on the MCOL log thing. It was sent on the 02/01/2019

Then fill it in and send it back to the same email address that you sent your Defence.

Remember to send a copy to the Claimant - address on your Claim Form.

Indeed, then there really isnt any question here, if you had read post 2 of the newbies thread.
Just read read read post 2 ANY time you have a question. It takes you through the entire process.
