Some people don't know how illogical they sound. Kafka would love it.
Anyway unless people have useful advice it's best not to post. I would appreciate it. No one has time to waste. In the very many replies Ive received I can only count 2 replies that were useful. The rest is chat and hate.0 -

Sure thing, genuine advice: pack your bags, arrange transport, you'll be out in the next couple of weeks.
There is nothing you can do about it. If you can move earlier do so. The HCEOs might be looking to collect on the debt and will seize your belongings.0 -

There is a fairly large problem on the internet with people who have NPD. The answer is to not give them any attention.0

You looking for legal advice? unfortunately nobody would even try to represent you at this stage, and there is no more delaying anything from your side.
did you respond to the original paperwork the courts sent you in the year? declaring disrepair to the property? did you give proof with this defence when returning the paperwork?
like previously said, there is NO REASON to not pay rent. if you were making a stand on grounds of disrepair, then you should have the rent in another account, ready to pay up. clearly this is not done.
your disrepair defence is moot, your health grounds are moot, so there is no longer any other delay tactics you can do. you will usually have 7 days after eviction to collect your things at an agreed date and time. if not done, you belongings will be stored, but will be in YOUR NAME. if you dont pay storage, you wont get your things.
if it has been referred to the high court, expect your eviction to be imminent
no other advice but to leave as soon as you can. Your council will tell you to stay until eviction, but makes no difference, as eviction before rent arrears are deemed as intentionally homeless as well as leaving before an eviction
i wish all the luck on the world to your next landlord, they are going to need it!0 -
