Out of interest would it be possible for a Kleeneze person to explain the diffeence between pyramid selling and this 'multi-level marketing' used by Kleeneze (and others)? Genuine question

Hi Ivan, genuine answer coming up !
All traditional businesses operate in a pyramid system ( well most).Chief Exec, Board, Senior managers , middle managers, factory floor etc.
My view on this is a 'pyramid' scheme is where there is no real product being sold. There are cash schemes about where someone joins pays , say £20 or a lot more and those funds are then split between the people above. The lowest level only earns if they then sponsor other people to pay their £20 . etc etc These are absolute scams and those in at the start are the ones that make the money. I believe they are illegal.
A business like Kleeneze is not that type of business. No one earns anything just for sponsoring ( or recruiting) someone. I will repeat that. NOTHING.
Kleeneze have a vast range of products, some good and some 'not so good' but earnings are only made when these are sold.
The person who has just joined makes a retail commission on everything that he sells and can earn bonus if he sells more than £750 in a month. The perosn that sponsors that person makes money on his OWN retail and can also receive a bonus from the sales of people in his team, only if he achieves a different bonus level. This is his reward for sponsoring and assisting them.
We still do Kleeneze retail but did get a wee bit cheesed off with the lack of support from our upline, but are happy with the £700 @ that we earn each month. ( THis is what we earn as we have little costs as we dont waste money on advertising etc).
For those prepared to work hard Kleeneze can be a very good option. If you are not prepared to work hard then you probaly shouldn't bother.
Hope this helps.0 -

Hello
I am from Horsham and we have great Kleeneze thread on the Horsham forum:
http://www.horshamforum.co.uk/Topic335-21-1.aspx
Would one of you Kleeneze people please explain why there is not a central register that contains the addresses of Houses that have requested no more catalogues.
Thanks0 -
I rang up Kleeneze a few years ago regarding there catalogues being shoved through my door, they said that they dont have a registry of householders and that the people who distribute them are self employed. That may well be the case, however if people dont want them, surely they can keep a registry to give to the distributor in a given area of householders who dont want the catalogue, or is that too much hard work.

Exactly.
MPS and TPS can stop unsolicited mail and telephone calls. Why are we unable to stop unsolicited catalogues?0 -
I used to get loads of Kleeneze reps shoving there warez in my letter box, it was almost always a different person every other week, I think for many people the spin that these area distributors give is a liar of untold riches0

Because Kleeneze isn't territorial agents/distributors can drop brochures wherever they choose which is why sometimes one street can get several brochures while others don't get any. We live in the middle of a village and very rarely get any , I think this is becausethe agents start on the outskirts of the village and have either found enough customers or have quit by the time they get to our part
.
When we were distributors we asked about a central registry of household who had said no to a brochure but were told that it wasn't practical because people move and rented houses change hands regularly, that peoples circumstances change and they may want to see a brochure in 6 months, a year etc. It would be very difficult to keep records and the Company wouldn't be able to keep it updated as each distributor is self employes and responsible for their own Business.
I know when we were distributors we hated dropping in a new area because we really didn't want to annoy anyone but the quickest and fastest way to find out who did want to see it was to drop every house which is also what we were taught. I think the very quick turnover of distributors and not having a territory are the main problems. We love what we are doing and we love why we're doing it!!0
