I have messaged kleeneze to see what happens if you decide within the 14 day period it is not for you. The answer i recieved is below.
Thank you for your email
Please accept my apologies for the late reply
If you decide you wish to resign from Kleeneze within the 14 days, you need to inform Kleeneze as soon as possible. Your registration fee will be reimbursed, and we will arrange a free of charge collection for your business kit/catalogues. Once these have been received back at the warehouse a credit will be applied to your account for them and then a cheque will be sent out to you for the outstanding balance.
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact the Service Centre on 0870 333 66 88 or email service.centre@kleeneze.co.uk.0 -
Hmm, it looks from that as if they might try to charge for catalogues that were not returned or even ripped up by disgusted householders. I was led to expect a 100% no quiblle refund within 14 days. We'll see what happens. I'm not hopeful.0

Please make sure that you get your return documents signed and dated by the person who collects them. I returned goods last October, received a credit then the whole lot were re invoinced as Kleeneze said that they hadn't received the goods into their warehouse. Despite sending several copies of signed collection documents, I'm still waiting for my credit and Kleeneze keep adding debit interest to my account!'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'

Thanks for the warning. From what I've heard about Kleeneze, I'm expecting problems, but will have no hesitation talking to Trading Standards or even investigating using the Small Claims Court if they are awkward / incompetent.
I hope I'm going to be pleasantly surprised :rolleyes:0 -
Just a quick add to this thread. i have some time spare so i am giving Kleeneze a go even if it only till i pay off my fees i have paid out.
So far i have paid out £75 membership fee and £195 for catalogues.
I have spent approximately 3 hours packing the catalogues up.
I have distributeed and collected 100 catalogues in my local vicinity, 29 are still outstanding. Total time 3 hrs 30 ish.
I have recieved 10 orders the total value of which come to £143.50.
Clearly money can be made but i can see it would take a good few months to recoup the cost of any time and money spent out.0 -
I'm glad it's got off to such a good start for you, Chris.
Can you tell me, are you getting any help or advice from your spnsor? Are there any other distributors covering the same area as you?
Let us know how you get on in future.0 -
As far as i am aware no one else is covering my area, with regards my sponsor we call Kleeneze the cult in my house as they are incessantly sending out positive sounding emails and texts. As i explained to my sponsor i run a sales territory worth 3 million pounds with 3000 customers at work so i think i know what i am doing delivering a few books. To be honest if i leave it will be due to the incessant pointless motivational contact by by sponsor. It is a glorified paperround which seems to them to be their whole life.0

Have you had your money back yet? I've sent proof of postage for my returns but keep getting statements from them adding debit intrest. Am getting increasingly annoyed!'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'

I would just like to thank everyone with regard to comments on Kleeneze. A leaflet was dropped through my letter box for catalogue collection and distribution (no other details). I rang, it was Kleeneze, I arranged an interview for them to come and see me. Then read this thread and rang her back and told her not to come, I can't afford the outlay or the risk in not making any money. I felt a bit cheated to be honest. The leaflet through the door did give me an idea though. Went to one of the estate agents in my home town to ask about leaflet distribution. I picked up my first 1000 leaflets there and then, will get £20.00 for the effort and they say I can do it everyweek and can deliver more if i want to.0
