Hi Everyone
Well I got the date wrong yh its not until next Monday:o yh how silly am I.
Nevermind.
I was very nervous about the question being asked about the loan I got for my brother. I called the National Debt Line and the lady was so sweet. She told me just tell them the truth like many of you have told me already.
She told me to look on the insolvency website and look at the restrictions on why people have had restrictions.
So to be honest I'm just peachy now, I can just look forward to getting it over and done with.
I heard for Blair Endersby the company who took £211 from me for an IVA before I considered BR.
They have told me I will be getting my money back, will I need to let the OR know about this and the £150 court fees I paid which hopefully I will be able to prove that i'm exempt.0 -
Ooops. Nevermind.

Hi everyone
Yep its the day for my interview tomorrow, and you know what I'm feeling ok about it. Since having a conversation with national debt, they put me at ease not that u guys hadn't, I just wanted to know what to say to the OR if they asked about the loan.
I'll just be glad to stop getting those letters to be honest, although I have got letters from my banks that my accounts had to be closed.
I'm hoping they will allow me to keep my savings account as I don't really have anything in that one.
Here's to a fresh start soon.
Wish me luck

Hi Everyone
Well its done!! I had my OR meeting and put it this way I did my best. I couldn't remember the exact times I got the credit cards but as I said I did my best.
She said thats it for now and that I shouldn't hear from her again. She said all the letters and phone calls I can ignore and throw away more like shred lol;)
I'm so proud of myself that I have finally taken a hold of things and made a decision to go BR. I need a better quality of life for me and my son now.
