Hi
Try not to worry too much about the interveiw, my OH had a copy of his BR forms infront of him, and worked with that, for his Income and Expenditure (SOA), I would also have copies of your last cc statements if possible, as my OH's OR was interested in knowing, what and when , were his last purchases etc......dont worry about babbling, Im sure you will not of been the first to do it, if it does happen,, the experience we have had with my OH's OR has been very pleasant. Im sure they will put you at ease .
Goodluck,:T0 -
Thanks.
I did a silly thing and never took a copy of the petition. I have taken the balances from my last statements and put them on a spread sheet with my outgoings such as utilities and phone, sky and mobile, council tax and rent.
I have also put the my monthly pay and weekly income from my wftc and ctc. is that enough???
I don't have a car. I have put my shopping and clothing for the month as £50 each.
Is this the right thing to do??

Oops. Easily done though when you are stressed out with the court.
Normally either you need to provide 3 copies of the SOA or the court will make copies when you petition. This is one for the court records, one for the OR, and one for you to keep in your records. Obviously that got overlooked.
Either the court or the OR should be able to provide you with a copy. While you can probably manage the interview without, I would be inclined to let them know you are missing it. You're not the first this has happened to.
A copy for your records could well come in handy in the future anyway.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I will be having my interview on Monday. They have asked for the last 12 months statements for my bank and credit cards and loan agreements. I don't have the last 12 months I only keep about 6 months do you think this is enough???
Also do I have to send them before the OR meeting? I have some reading to do as I got my pack yesterday and already had to rearrange the interview as I would still be at work when they rang.
HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!!

Send what you have to the OR office when you can...anything your missing the OR office can easily get from your bank/credit card company etc...they dont expect good records to be kept really
Head in sand syndrome? I know I threw/hid statements before my BR come interview the OR was fine..anything missing they easily got
Easier said than done I know...try not to worry & good luck with the interviewWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
What happens after the OR meeting? Is that it? Are there any more interviews meetings?
I called the OR and the lady said the same thing just send what I have (boy that envelope is gonna be fat) I don't like paper work so I found myself shredding stuff and I would only keep 6 months at a time. I'll be glad when I can get rid of the lot.

Unless your case is very complicated then it tends to go very quiet.
In fact we get quite a few posts from people who are concerned that it has gone too quiet.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I went to the bank today and tried to open an account for my son. I went to Natwest and they told me I would need to open an account for myself so it can be attached to his account (never heard of that to be honest) I did say to the guy that I wouldn't get the account as I have just gone BR.
Sure enough the account declined.
I asked him whether this was procedure and he told me that this is what all banks do.
All I wanna do is open a savings account for my son and I have to be credit scored. I remember opening an account for him before and I never went through a credit check I don't think. I know my name has to be on the account but all it is, is an account for a young saver.
Can any shed some light please:o

sorry to say the co-op wont allow you a savings account....I've tried & been declined & I have an account with them (not just me though a couple of other posters I know have tried & been declined as well for savings accounts)
How about opening a co-op account for yourself & try the post office for a savings account?...they dont credit score...I opened one with no troubleWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
