Hope you've finally done it!!
You'll be so experienced now, having gone through the whole thing twice! The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -
Hey Hey
I'm BANKRUPT!!!!!!! it was declared at 11.30am after all the flapping around with the court fees. I drew out the last £180 I had and paid £150 of it for the court fees even tho I had all the paper work to prove that I was entitled to have the fee waved. I thought I have got this far so I'm gonna pay it and do a remission.
The judge was horrible but I don't care cause this is the start of my brand new life DEBT FREE!!!
I don't care if i can't have a debit card, I don't care if I have to walk to the cash point to draw money.
The next few days I will just wait for the OR to call to make an appointment to sort out the rest but I'm so happy I have finally been able to do it.
I will not forget you guys cause I will still be posting and letting u know where my first holiday will be next year lol.
I would like to thank all of you for supporting me and giving me info I needed to go through this process, without u guys I would of still been pondering whether to do it or not so I thank each and every one:D

It was like he was a corporal in his former life. He asked the usual stuff about have I had legal advice, that my BR will be advertised in the paper etc but its was the way how he said it like you put urself in this mess and now u've paid money for it all to be wiped away, who do u think u are.
But you know what I don't care IM FREE!!!!!:rotfl:

I'm glad it all went well this time.:j:T
Apart from the nasty judge that is. Just goes to show they are human. You get some really nice ones, but occasionally you get one who is a grumpy 'bleep'.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
