I was right - I didn't lose anything but at least it wasn't a gain either, so just STS for me so still that stupid 1/2lb over target range. Consultant has suggested I stop using my syns weekly (which I've always done since I started!) and use them daily again but only 10 and not 15 - help! Think that means gin & diet tonic this week and not my usual red wine!

OMG!! Good Luck for the week denise. I'd find that really hard going.:( When I was finding it hard to get back into range (one of the many occasions;)) I had a Friday with no wine syns:( so effectively cut my syns back to about the equivalent of 10 per day so it probably will work.:(

It's been a glorious autumn day here so I had an hour's brisk walk for Body Magic!:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO cottage pie with veg (SP meal)
D: baked cod, SW chips, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli
Syns: 6 for extra porage and brown sugar

I think I'm going to find it hard going too! Can but try:rotfl:

Have decided I'm having G&T tonight. After 2 syns for my dinner that means I can have 3 small G&Ts! Going to have to buy more tonic as only have a few left! I quite often drink the tonic on its' own. That'll be 9.5 syns for the day.

Having a quiet day today. Bit of housework this morning and then DH is taking a friend to hospital this afternoon and I'll get on with some sewing - not even for me! My DD2 has asked me to make some covers for her water and waste containers for her caravan as a Christmas present for her and her partner! Makes a nice cheap present for them:money:.

    Ended on 9.5 syns yesterday:A.

    Today's plan:

B - porridge made with water, grapes & strawberries (was going to have melon as well but we ate all of that last night, LOL!)
    L - jacket potato, beans & salad
D - Basque Fish stew from the SW website using up some cod from the freezer which I picked up YS a couple of weeks ago

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
    Syns - G&Ts!

  • Another STS for me:mad: Showed my diary to consultant who was happy with what was in it. Unlike you Denise, she has suggested I up my syns this week to 20 to see if that will kick start things again. Losing the will now :(
