1lbs off yesterday. 1.5lbs away from target. Decided not to stay, not feeling well at all.

    Well done :)

Well done to all the losers.

Strange how many of us are feeling poorly at the moment.
I blame the menopause for some of my symptoms, but don't think Stoke can blame that.....

Tomorrow will be a soft eat day for me, mashed bananas, scrambled eggs and soup! I've broken a tooth, struggled to eat tea tonight, more has just crumbled brushing, so will have to avoid solids until I'm sorted.
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!

I'm sure that will cheer him up! LOL!

WI for me this morning but don't think I've lost anything even though I'm well within syns for the week overall - only one day when I went over by a lot but several days with single figures or even no syns, so will have to see.

Back later with meal plan and weight loss/gain!

    Morning all,

Hope everyone who was feeling poorly is improved.
    Weighed in Monday with -4
which I am happy with after staying the same last week.
Two weeks with family birthdays coming up, so will settle for smaller loses then.
Good luck to all for this week,
  • Oh well, today is another WI. Have been 100% on plan, except for Tuesday evening, had a call from my aunt asking if I could pick my uncle up at Heathrow as her car had died. Advantage, not having to cook, disadvantage, not being able to control what I was going to eat. However, it was spag bol, with salad, know there were syns involved, but it could have been much worse & as I had previously used less of my syns, hopefully, between everything, there will be minimal damage. However, putting on my halo, I did rush home from work & bung stuff in slow cooker, so by the time I got back from the airport, a couple of days dinner was smelling good :rotfl:

Well done to SOTW & Stoke, always want to comfort eat when feeling miserable.

STS for Mon please, but it was star week...

Today has been a bacon and egg sandwich (HEXB) and an apple and I'm having salmon fillet, new potatoes and med veg for tea.

Snacks of fruit and WW yogurt before bed. Maybe some space raiders.

    HEXA in tea.

I was right - I didn't lose anything but at least it wasn't a gain either, so just STS for me so still that stupid 1/2lb over target range. Consultant has suggested I stop using my syns weekly (which I've always done since I started!) and use them daily again but only 10 and not 15 - help! Think that means gin & diet tonic this week and not my usual red wine!

Was thinking about eating out on Saturday but think we'll give that a miss - there's no need I've got plenty of food in the fridge, freezer & cupboards that needs using.

    Today's plan:

B - nothing - forgot to take my fruit with. me and didn't want to buy any more Hifi bars as I've still got some in the cupboard
L - LO chicken & veg quiche with salad - still using my Aldi beetroot! Only a couple of packets left now. Lidl have them on special this week if anyone wants some!
D - chicken & chorizo Spanish rice (basically a risotto) will add some Speed to it as well and probably another salad; a little parmesan (part HEA as I never use all my milk)

    HEA - skimmed milk
    HEB - no idea
Syns - chorizo (12.5g) 2; have enough syns for 3 small gin & tonics if I want some alcohol (7.5):D
